Tough Industrial Resin for manufactures
Our high-quality industrial resin is ideal for applications in the industrial sector, such as the production of prototypes or the series production of high-precision components that have to withstand the highest loads.
Our high-quality resin is compatible with popular 3D printing technologies: digital light processing (DLP), stereolithography (SLA), and liquid crystal display (LCD).
TIKO-T is the hardest 3D printing resin due to its high filler content. The resin has a matte, smooth surface and is mainly used for high-precision components that have to withstand high heat and extreme loads.
TIKO-T is ideal for manufacturing components that are exposed to liquids as well as heat.
These include jigs or fixtures, models for aerodynamic testing, and injection molds for smaller batches and inserts. The resin is also suitable for creating molds and printing spare parts.

What others say about TIKO-T
Customer reviews of TIKO-G
Robust
Very, very robust print. Despite this, it can still be removed in glycerine.

Application for aerodynamic parts
We wanted to use the TIKO-T to print smaller parts for several drone models. It delivers what it promises! Hard material, but still flexible. Perfect for our use case!!!

RTV Safe
RTV Safe after several tests. Great
Shannon & Dan from Clear Mind Jewellery
High viscosity, otherwise ok
To be honest, too high a viscosity for my taste... a bit distracting when working. But I don't think there is any other way to achieve such robust results.

Frequently asked questions about TIKO-G Castable Resin
What is TIKO-T industrial resin?
TIKO-T is an industrial resin is in liquid form. We have developed TIKO-T for special industrial applications. The raw material for 3D printing is extremely hydrophobic and resistant to water. Once fully cured, it is resistant to most chemicals. Accordingly, a cured print can withstand the elements and numerous chemicals for over a year.
How fast does TIKO-T cure?
With an average light source of about 240 watts, the cure time for a 0.02 millimeter layer is about 0.5 seconds.
What is the shrinkage percentage?
Generally, shrinkage is expected to be 3.5 percent. With TIKO-T, the shrinkage is a maximum of 0.5 percent.
What are the properties of TIKO-T?
Our resins can be subjected to repeated bending, impact loading, stretching and compression without any problems.
Who is the high-precision, extra-hard resin suitable for?
Our industrial resin is particularly suitable for companies involved in tooling, component manufacturing, prototyping, or thermoplastic manufacturing and production.
For which industrial applications is the hard casting resin suitable?
TIKO-T is particularly suitable for:
- Heat-resistant and liquid-exposed components, supports and fixtures
- Injection molds for small series and inserts
- Models for aerodynamic tests
- Simulates the stiffness of glass and fiber reinforced thermoplastics
