TIKO-H the heat resistant resin for DLP, LCD and SLA 3D Printing
Product information "TIKO-H the heat resistant resin for DLP, LCD and SLA 3D Printing"
TIKO-H has successfully passed the UL 94 V-0 classification for fire resistance, and its Vicat Softening Temperature (VST) exceeds 295°C according to ISO 306. TIKO-H stands out for its impressive hardness, high flexural modulus, and excellent physical properties. Due to its high heat resistance, TIKO-H is exceptionally suitable for applications where a material with the corresponding fire classification is required.
"Johannes Walk from walk engineering GmbH emphasizes: 'TIKO-H is the
only product that fully meets the requirements for insulation bodies for
high-frequency high voltages.'"
Advantages of TIKO-H:
- Impressive hardness and high flexural modulus with outstanding physical properties.
- Very high thermal conductivity, allowing for optimal deformation characteristics.
- Thanks to its high heat resistance, TIKO-H is excellent for applications that necessitate a specific fire classification.
Ashley Cooper from the University of Geneva remarks about the material: "I am really impressed. We are using this material to print an oven for a new kind of MRI."
Application Examples:
- Printing negative molds for use with low-melting metals, eliminating the need for refractory embedding compounds.
- Manufacturing injection molding tools, especially for small series, at previously unattained speed and cost efficiency. The material has been successfully tested, among other places, at the Technical University of Cologne (TH-Köln, Polymer Labor GmbH).
- Printing insulation bodies for high-frequency high voltage (5kVrms at 500 kHz).
- And much more.
Furthermore, TIKO-H is compatible with a wide range of 3D printers. For specific printing parameters, feel free to inquire with us.
